Refund policy

Every Gottermab item is made to order, just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, email info@gottermabclothes.fit within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back.

Lost packages. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Cancellations. Orders go into production quickly. Email us as soon as possible; we can cancel or change an order only before production has started.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
